Norcal Woman to Woman Conference 2024

We are pleased and excited to invite you to our 40th Annual Weekend for Women in Recovery to be held in-person! The Weekend is scheduled for Apr 26 – 28, 2024 and will be held, once again, in the newly-renovated Sea Cliff Inn, Aptos, California.

Norcal Woman to Woman was started by a group of Oakland AA’ers in the spring of 1985. The original design was to keep it simple: 100 women, at a nice resort hotel where for a nominal cost, women can have a get-away weekend, attend speaker and discussion meetings, eat well, sit by the pool, and enjoy the unique fellowship of women in recovery. It was sponsored by East Bay fellowships for the Northern California area but actively solicited registrants from all over the country.

Now 40 years later, we are all still gathering together celebrating women in recovery taking the whole weekend to ourselves to fellowship, relax, have fun and recover together.
